THESE RULES OUTLINE THE EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES BETWEEN HARVEST PRO AND OUR REFERRAL MEMBERS AND PARTNERS. THEY ENSURE CLARITY, FAIRNESS, AND CONSISTENCY IN HOW WE WORK TOGETHER.

A FORMAL PARTNERSHIP CONTRACT WILL BE PROVIDED AND SIGNED BEFORE THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT JOINT PROJECT, BUT THE STRUCTURE BELOW GUIDES OUR RELATIONSHIP FROM DAY ONE.

1. Harvest Pro Responsibilities to Partners

​

        Harvest Pro commits to:

​

  • Clear and timely communication about referrals and project updates
     

  • Tracking and recording all referrals so partners receive proper recognition
     

  • Honouring agreed-upon referral terms once the official contract is signed
     

  • Maintaining professionalism in all client interactions
     

  • Protecting partner reputation through ethical conduct and quality standards
     

  • Acting with honesty and transparency in every business decision
     

  • Respecting all partnership boundaries and keeping communications confidential
     

 

 

2. Referral Partner Responsibilities to Harvest Pro

        Referral Members agree to:

​

  • Follow the official referral process (contacting Harvest Pro first)
     

  • Confirm client permission before sharing private information
     

  • Provide accurate details about the client and project
     

  • Avoid giving quotes, timelines, or promises on Harvest Pro’s behalf
     

  • Represent Harvest Pro honestly without overstatement or sales pressure
     

  • Maintain professionalism in all communication and introductions
     

  • Respect confidentiality regarding internal processes, pricing, and decisions
     

  • Collaborate in good faith and uphold the spirit of the program
     

Partners are the bridge between Harvest Pro and the client — clarity and accuracy matter.

3. How Referrals Must Be Handled

​

        To keep the program organized and fair, all referrals must follow this order:

​

  1. Partner texts, emails, or calls Harvest Pro first.
     

  2. The partner provides:
     

    • Client name
       

    • Contact info
       

    • Project type
       

    • Location
       

    • Timeline or urgency
       

    • Any helpful notes
       

  3. Harvest Pro logs the referral under the partner’s name.
     

  4. Harvest Pro, not the partner, contacts the client.
     

        This ensures:

  • Proper tracking
     

  • Professional first contact
     

  • No confusion about who referred whom
     

This rule is non-negotiable — it protects the integrity of the entire program.

5. The Official Partnership Contract

Before the first significant project we manage together,

an official written contract will be provided. It will outline:

  • Referral compensation structure
     

  • Payment timing
     

  • Conditions for eligibility
     

  • Rules for long-term partnership
     

  • Confidentiality expectations
     

  • Dispute avoidance and resolution
     

  • Termination conditions
     

This protects both sides and ensures we operate with full clarity moving forward.
