PAY SCALE & STRUCTURE
_______
THE HARVEST PARTNER PROGRAM IS BUILT ON CLARITY, FAIRNESS, AND LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP. THIS PAGE OUTLINES EXACTLY HOW REFERRAL COMPENSATION IS CALCULATED, WHEN PAYOUTS OCCUR, AND WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN ELIGIBLE REFERRAL.
ALL COMPENSATION TERMS WILL BE FORMALLY CONFIRMED IN THE OFFICIAL PARTNERSHIP CONTRACT BEFORE THE FIRST SIGNIFICANT JOINT PROJECT.

1. Referral Compensation Breakdown

Referral Members earn a percentage of the total approved and completed project value, according to the following tiered structure:

Tiered Payout Structure

-
8% on the first $5,000 of business generated
-
7% on the next $5,000 (up to $10,000 total)
-
5% on the next $40,000 (up to $50,000 total)
-
2% on all business above $50,000

These examples show how referral earnings are calculated at common project sizes.

-
$5,000 project → Partner earns $400
-
$10,000 project → Partner earns $750
-
$25,000 project → Partner earns $1,500
-
$50,000 project → Partner earns $2,750
-
$100,000 project → Partner earns $3,750

This model rewards both smaller and larger projects fairly, ensuring partners benefit proportionally as project size increases.

2. How Referral Payments Are Processed

Referral payouts follow a straightforward, transparent process:

A. Referral Must Be Submitted Properly

Partners must contact Harvest Pro first (via text, call, or email) to submit the client’s information and receive confirmation that the referral has been logged.

B. Payout Eligibility Requirements
A referral qualifies for payment only when:

-
The referral was submitted correctly before the client contacted Harvest Pro
-
Harvest Pro successfully connects with the client
-
The client approves and the project is completed
-
Harvest Pro receives full payment from the client
C. Payment Timeline

Partners are paid within 90 days after Harvest Pro Renos receives the final payment for the project.

3. What Counts as a Qualified Referral

A referral is eligible for compensation when:

-
The partner contacts Harvest Pro before passing our number to the client
-
The client consents to their information being shared
-
The job is managed directly by Harvest Pro
-
The project generates paid work under our scope
Not eligible:

-
Clients who contact us without the partner notifying us first
-
Jobs where Harvest Pro does not manage or oversee the project
-
Pure contractor-to-contractor introductions (see Section 4)
4. Non-paying Referrals

Some referrals do not qualify for compensation. These include:
A. Contractor → Contractor referrals

When a partner connects one contractor to another contractor without Harvest Pro managing the project, no payout is issued.
These introductions help grow the network but do not generate revenue for Harvest Pro Renos

B. Contractor → Subcontractor referrals
If a partner refers a contractor who is only looking for a subcontractor (e.g., a drywaller, painter, flooring installer, etc.), this also does not qualify for payout.
In these cases, Harvest Pro is not managing a project or generating revenue — we are simply connecting trades.

 Summary

If Harvest Pro is not:

-
managing the job,
-
overseeing the project scope,
-
or generating revenue from the work,
then no referral payout applies.

5. Transparency and Tracking

Harvest Pro will:

-
Log every referral when it is submitted
-
Confirm receipt of each referral
-
Provide tracking of referral progress from contact → quote → approval → completion
-
Provide payout documentation for every referral paid
-
Offer partners referral summaries upon request
This ensures complete clarity for every partner involved.
6. Contract Confirmation

The exact payout structure listed above will be included in the
official partnership contract, along with:

-
Payment timelines
-
Eligibility rules
-
Definitions
-
Limitations
-
Termination and adjustment procedures
The contract will be reviewed and signed before the first substantial project.
